Our Identity

Whilst our name is brand new, our team of education specialists boast 30 years of experience within the industry.

We dedicate our efforts to providing a seamless and efficient service for both jobseekers and schools, ensuring that we can match the highest quality teachers and education professionals with a classroom that exceeds their every need.

We work across all education settings, including primary, secondary and SEN settings, where we can offer daily supply, short-term or long-term solutions.

We like to think we’re different to every other agency out there, offering the same blanket service. We’d love to show you why.

What You Can Expect From Us

Teachers, TAs and Support Staff

  • All staff in long term positions to be paid to scale. Agency Worker Rights (AWR) are always honoured and taken seriously.

  • Our experienced team will listen to your needs and prioritise finding you work that suits your preferences.

  • We will always be respectful and understanding of your personal circumstances and treat you as a valued colleague, not a commodity.

  • We’re committed to Child Protection and will ensure you’re fully compliant before sending you into a school.

Schools

  • Our platform grants the school the power to find and select available teachers. Our team will support you at every step of the way and are committed to providing outstanding customer service, but you’ll have the power to select your own staff. We understand every school has their own unique profile and therefore we empower the school to select the most suitable candidate.

  • We actively seek feedback from our schools for our teaching staff to help their development.

  • We take the safety of children very seriously and have the highest possible vetting standards. All of our teaching staff have DBS police checks. We are committed to child protection and have robust processes in place to ensure this highest level of safeguarding.
